These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brinde mobile app and brindeapp.com (together, the "Services"), operated by Brinde ("Brinde," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using Brinde

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Business Listings & Dashboards

Business dashboard access is granted to verified owners or authorized representatives of a listed business. Information submitted through a business dashboard (hours, photos, menus, descriptions, and similar content) is reviewed by Brinde before it goes live, and Brinde may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

Featured Placement & Payments

• Featured placement bookings and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
• One-time week bookings reserve the specific weeks selected at the time of purchase and are generally non-refundable once a booked week has begun.
• Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Business Dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
• Featured placement availability and pricing are limited per neighborhood and may change over time.

Submitted Content & Influencer Program

If you submit photos, videos, captions, or other content (including through our influencer program), you confirm you have the right to submit that content and grant Brinde a license to display it within the Services in connection with the business it's associated with. Brinde reviews submissions before they're published and may decline or remove any submission at its discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." Business information (hours, pricing, availability) is provided by business owners and third-party sources and may not always be fully accurate or up to date. Brinde does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, review, or promotional content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brinde is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm before publishing.]
