• Use bots or automated scraping tools

• Submit fraudulent influencer activity

Brinde reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine personal experiences.

Brinde does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, ratings, or business information.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict reviews that violate our policies.

6. Influencer Program

Influencer access may require application approval.

Brinde may:

• Approve or deny applications
• Remove influencer access
• Moderate submissions
• Reject content that violates guidelines

Influencer metrics, rewards, or future compensation programs may change at any time.

7. Business Listings & Claims

Business owners may request edits, ownership claims, or listing updates.

Brinde reserves the right to verify business ownership before granting administrative access.

We do not guarantee listing accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

8. Third-Party Services

Brinde may link to external services including reservation platforms, food delivery providers, rideshare apps, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions.

9. Affiliate Relationships

Brinde may earn commissions through affiliate relationships and partnerships.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our commitment to providing useful discovery experiences.

10. Intellectual Property

Brinde, including its branding, logos, designs, software, and platform content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Brinde materials without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific business experiences
• Availability of promotions or happy hours

Users assume all risk associated with use of the platform.
